GENTLE SLOW FLOW
POP UP SESSIONS
A general all-round class but never the same. I'm pretty sure I have never taught the same class twice so you'll be guaranteed variety. Often themed with functional and fun exercises to challenge and motivate. One thing I am proud of saying is that my clients are never bored or clock-watching in my classes!
Designed for those needing a more gentle approach to movement and incorporating exercises specifically for older persons. That doesn't mean to say it's any easier in fact quite the opposite! Great also for beginners and those returning to exercise.
These sessions are exactly what they say - pop up courses or individual classes, the details will be made available on the schedule. These may have a specific focus or allow us to play with new equipment and differ the intensity of our workout. To keep up to date with these, do create your account to be the first to know.
These workshops/events are one-off longer and more in depth looks at varying aspects of body:mind. Going over things in detail and getting a firm understanding of the subject. A comprehensive library of videos for use as and when you want. Covering everything from fundamental exercises that take minutes to full hour-long workouts. Fast paced 'oo-la-la' burn to relaxation techniques, there is something to suit everyone. More videos being added all the time to keep you on your toes!
